Each seller is solely responsible for their listings, pricing, product condition, communication, shipping, and customer service.

2. Payments Between Buyers & Sellers

For transactions where buyers pay sellers directly, BookMySell.com does not process or hold payments.

As a result:

  • We cannot issue refunds on behalf of sellers.
  • We cannot reverse payments made directly to sellers.
  • Buyers should verify all details before completing a purchase.

Any refund or cancellation requests must be discussed directly with the seller.

3. Seller Membership Fees

Vendor membership plans, listing fees, featured listings, promotional advertisements, and other marketplace services purchased from BookMySell.com are generally non-refundable once activated.

If a payment is made accidentally or multiple payments are charged due to a technical issue, please contact us within 7 days for review.

4. Order Cancellations

Since buyers and sellers communicate directly, cancellation requests must be handled between both parties.

BookMySell.com is not responsible for:

  • Order cancellations
  • Shipping delays
  • Delivery failures
  • Product condition disputes
  • Seller communication issues

5. Damaged or Incorrect Books

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact the seller first to resolve the issue.

If the matter cannot be resolved, you may report the seller through our support team so we can review the account and take appropriate action if necessary.

6. Fraud Prevention

We encourage all buyers and sellers to:

  • Verify the other party before making payments.
  • Communicate clearly regarding shipping and delivery.
  • Keep records of conversations and payment receipts.
  • Avoid suspicious requests or offers.

BookMySell.com reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove users found engaging in fraudulent or abusive activities.
